Masstone ("the App") is developed by Chady Kassouf. Your privacy is important, and the App is designed to respect it. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. It has no user accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. Nothing you do in the App is sent anywhere.
The App can open a photo from your library, or take a new one with the camera, so you can sample a color from it. Images are read and processed entirely on your device. No photo is ever uploaded to any server, and the developer has no access to them.
The paints you own, your starred paints, your sample history and your preferences are stored only on your device. They may be included in your own device backups (iCloud or Android backup) under your control, and are never sent to the developer.
The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking software. If you install the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those stores may collect their own download and usage statistics, in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy. That data is not shared with the developer in any personally identifying form.
The App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
If this policy is updated, the changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
